Advisor joined Siglap Harmony Circle (SHC), Bedok South Secondary School (BSSS) students, Blossom World volunteers, NParks & MCCY staff at Changi Beach to plant 50 trees of harmony. Advisor shared on the significance of planting harmony trees in our small country (red dot). Singapore has the most diverse racial composition in the world. Thus, it is imperative that we all continue to live cohesively and harmoniously together as one people and one country. This One Million Trees initiative by NParks is aligned with our East Coast Plan whereby we strive to improve the quality of our lives, protect our ecosystem and preserve whatever little natural resources we have for our future generations. We are indeed very happy that 14 of BSSS students came today to participate in this meaningful event.
